Backups and smart restore

Backups & Restore has two tabs.

Backups & schedule

Copies of everything needed to rebuild your hotspots: sites, splash pages, plans, vouchers with their remaining time, guests, routers and payments.

Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly backups, each with its own number of copies to keep.
Back up now any time; Download saves a .json.gz file - keep copies outside the platform.
Restore adds what is missing and never overwrites or duplicates. A safety copy is taken first.
Payment keys and other secrets are never stored in backups - re-enter them after restoring into a new account.

Restore & import (smart restore)

Drop any file - your own backup, or vouchers / users exported from another RADIUS or hotspot system:

Excel (.xlsx), CSV / semicolon / tab files, JSON
MikroTik export (.rsc) - hotspot users and User Manager
FreeRADIUS / daloRADIUS SQL dump (radcheck, radusergroup, radacct)
a plain list of codes

The file type is detected and common errors are repaired automatically - codes damaged by Excel (4.82913E+05), "1d 02:00:00" times, "1.5 GB" sizes, day/month order, title and total lines, unknown column names, duplicate rows. You see every repair before anything is saved, and can download the repaired file or the rows that still need attention.
