Set up WiFiNexa in 10 minutes
WiFiNexa sells and controls guest Wi-Fi: a RADIUS server checks every login, the splash page collects guests, and the dashboard shows revenue and usage.
The five steps
- Plans - check the 5 starter plans (Free 30 min, 1 Hour, 1 Day, 7 Days, 5 GB) and adjust prices, time, data and speed.
- Hotspots - add your router or access points and follow its setup (MikroTik gets a ready script).
- Splash Page - pick a design, add your logo, photo, colours, terms and the login methods you want.
- Vouchers - generate a batch and print the cards, or use Guest Check-in for hotel QR passes.
- Join the guest Wi-Fi with a phone, log in with a voucher, and watch it appear in Live Sessions and Auth Log.
Use the RADIUS Tester to check a voucher code without any hardware.
Where things are
- Dashboard - today's online users, sales and top plans.
- Reports - revenue, usage, heatmaps; send them by Telegram or e-mail.
- Settings - site details, one-device rules, integrations, reports, appearance.
- Backups - automatic and manual backups of all your data.
