Two-factor authentication (2FA)
- Turn on → scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Authy.
- Enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
- Save the 8 recovery codes - each one works once if you lose your phone.
From then on every sign-in asks for the code from your phone. You can turn 2FA off again with your password or a code, and create new recovery codes at any time.
Administrators
The Administrators list shows everyone with full access and whether they use 2FA.
- Add admin creates another administrator with a temporary password.
- Reset 2FA helps a colleague who lost their phone: they sign in with their password and set 2FA up again.
For staff with fewer rights (operator, viewer, one site only) use Team.
